IontoPatch 80

Ionto Patch, is and extended time-released electronic transdermal drug delivery system. An innovative, self-contained battery produces an electric current to carry drug molecules non-invasively across the skin to underlying tissue. Drug delivery is shut off automatically when the prescribed dosage has been administered. The IontoPatch is single-use and disposable.

Time and cost savings

• less time needed to administer in the clinic for both the clinician and the patient allowing for other modalities and procedures during the patient's clinic session. Also allows more patients to be treated.
• Patients are not tied to external batteries or wires. They can resume daily activities while receiving time-released  iontophoresis. 

Safety

• Low current and no pH changes greatly reduce the possibility of skin irritation or burning. There is no need for buffers with competing ions.
• Built-in automatic shut-off to safely administer prescribed dose.

Effective Treatment
